If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Site, you will be required to create your MagnetU profile, and to submit certain personally identifiable information to MagnetU. Personally identifiable information that you will need to provide includes your mobile phone number, email address and other information that you decide to include in your profile.

Exchange of User Profile Your profile will be automatically and transparently exchanged with other MagnetU users that you will be around to during your day to day activities. In general, MagnetU users cannot see the profile of other users. Upon a successful match, an SMS message will be sent from your mobile phone to your matched party. This SMS message will include part of your profile information such as your age, hair color, eye color, height, free text and your mobile phone number, so a communication between you and the matched party can be initiated.

Log Data When you visit the Site, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data" ).
